For the last four months, companies that our middle class has been building for decades have come to a halt overnight due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As entrepreneurs and business owners start picking up the pieces of what is left behind, it’s important to be wise on how to position ourselves so we have the best possible chance of success and finish the last six months of 2020 in the black.
After discussing with other agencies and entrepreneurs, we’ve put together a list of the 3 active things you can do right now to survive digitally during COVID-19.
Postpone Services & Offer Discounts
One thing to keep in mind is that almost every company has suffered a financial loss during the last few months. If you haven’t already, work through your overhead and budget so that when your clients, if they haven’t already, ask you to postpone services or offer discounts, you will be prepared.
One thing we have done is taken a hard look at our expenses and begun trimming some fat. We’ve taken a close look at all of our maintenance plans and calculated discounted rates or free updates we could offer each client in order to assist them where they needed and also keep us out of hot water.

Be Creative With Your New Message
