UCF Business Incubator Volusia County

We facilitate smarter, faster startup and growth of emerging companies in Volusia County. Our 9,600-square-foot modern facility features Class A office space with flexible leases, a spacious training room with SMART Board technology, conference rooms, and shared office equipment, kitchen, and reception area.

PoweringFlorida | Small Business Tool

PoweringFlorida combines the power of both Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Planning and Economic Modeling Specialists International (EMSI) workforce data in one easy-to-use application to help you quickly explore and compare Florida’s communities; gain a broad understanding of the labor force statistics, consumer spending, geography, demography and other important data; and identify and evaluate all available sites and buildings in each community.

SBDC Daytona

We help entrepreneurs and businesses start, grow and succeed. Services include: confidential business consulting, assistance with business plan, industry analysis, financial guidance, marketing, government contracting and much more.

SCORE Volusia Flagler

We provide free business counseling, management consulting and workshops. Our counselors can help you start a business or assist an existing small business grow and prosper.

Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation

We work to support business growth, recruit new business and create jobs in the Greater Daytona Beach Area. Our clients are high-impact businesses both local and abroad as well as site selection consultants that represent these companies.

Tech DeLand

Tech DeLand is a group of technology enthusiasts in the Downtown DeLand area meeting the fourth Thursday of each month to encourage a better understanding of technology.

The Hub on Canal

The Hub on Canal is home to working artists representing a multitude of mediums including painting, ceramics, photography, glass, jewelry, fiber arts and sculpture. The Hub provides gallery space, workshops and classes. New programs are continually developing to meet the needs and interests of the community.

Volusia County Business Tax Receipts

All businesses with a physical location in Volusia County are required to have a current Volusia County business tax receipt. The tax year is from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30 of the following year. Bills for each year are mailed July 1. A new receipt is issued for each year the tax is paid.

Volusia County Economic Development

We provide assistance at no cost to businesses with the desire and potential for growth in Volusia County. We can help start-ups, second stage or maturing businesses directly or refer owners to other qualified organizations.

Volusia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

We deliver technical consulting, resources, networking and educations program designed to provide growth and opportunities to our member base. VHCC volunteers and consultants have combined experience of more than 50 years serving businesses.

The Second Wednesday Club

This Entrepreneur and Small Business meet-up is held on the Second Wednesday of each month (except December) at 5:30 pm at the Half-Wall Brewery, 1887 SR 44 next to the Harley Davidson store. Order off the menu & pay for your order. No reservations required!

1 Million Cups Daytona Beach

1MCDaytona is a program run by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Every Wednesday at 9am at Cinematique Theater, we are building and connecting Volusia County's entrepreneurship community. We bring in entrepreneurs to share their startup and success stories. There is no cost to attend and free coffee is served!

Our activities include a variety of business entity filings, trade and service mark registrations, federal lien recordings, judgment lien filings, uniform commercial code financing statements, fictitious name registrations, notary commissions, and cable and video service franchises.

Florida Economic Development Council

Since 1964, the Florida Economic Development Council has promoted economic development throughout the state of Florida. Today we are its primary resource for developing economic development professionals, issues education, networking, and recognition of excellence among members of the profession. 500+ professionals count on FEDC to educate, advocate, and connect on their behalf.

Florida High Tech Corridor Council | The Corridor
