The state-of-the-art, 10,800-square-foot building features Class A office space with flexible leases, conference rooms, a spacious training room, and shared office equipment, kitchen and reception area.

Talent 4 Startups

Talent4Startups.org (T4S) is an online, match-making platform that connects startup founders with career-minded talent, for free. The T4S mission is to help makers of all kinds: startup founders, volunteers to causes, hobbyists, skunk works, students etc. to find the shortest path in their professional trajectories. We do this by allowing them to learn, innovate, reuse, collaborate and thus empower themselves independently.

We are community of builders, who support one another to sharpen our skills and bring ideas to market. We recognize that to do great things, we must learn. And the only way to learn is to do. As iron sharpens iron - we do better, together.

Seminole County Tax Collector Business Tax Receipts

Every business in Seminole County is required to maintain a current business tax receipt. A business tax receipt fee appropriate to the type of business is charged at the time the receipt is issued. Business Tax Receipts are valid for one year, from October 1 through September 30.

PoweringFlorida combines the power of both Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Planning and Economic Modeling Specialists International (EMSI) workforce data in one easy-to-use application to help you quickly explore and compare Florida’s communities; gain a broad understanding of the labor force statistics, consumer spending, geography, demography and other important data; and identify and evaluate all available sites and buildings in each community.

The Florida Venture Forum is a statewide member organization that helps entrepreneurs obtain funding through education, strategic partnering and effective networking. Since 1964, the Florida Economic Development Council has promoted economic development throughout the state of Florida.
