Our activities include a variety of business entity filings, trade and service mark registrations, federal lien recordings, judgment lien filings, uniform commercial code financing statements, fictitious name registrations, notary commissions, and cable and video service franchises.

Florida Economic Development Council

Since 1964, the Florida Economic Development Council has promoted economic development throughout the state of Florida. Today we are its primary resource for developing economic development professionals, issues education, networking, and recognition of excellence among members of the profession. 500+ professionals count on FEDC to educate, advocate, and connect on their behalf.

Florida Institute of Technology Office of Research

We support all faculty and student endeavors to explore innovative solutions to the nation's most challenging issues. As a national research university, over the past decade, Florida Tech has made major additions and improvements to facilities that enhance the research components of nearly all aspects of undergraduate and graduate education.

Florida Venture Forum

The Florida Venture Forum is a statewide member organization that helps entrepreneurs obtain funding through education, strategic partnering and effective networking. National Entrepreneur Center

We specialize in providing bilingual assistance to Hispanic entrepreneurs trying to establish or expand their business. We offer a variety of services especially designed for Hispanic small business owners, to empower them through training, consulting, grants and access to capital.

PoweringFlorida | Small Business Tool

PoweringFlorida combines the power of both Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Planning and Economic Modeling Specialists International (EMSI) workforce data in one easy-to-use application to help you quickly explore and compare Florida’s communities; gain a broad understanding of the labor force statistics, consumer spending, geography, demography and other important data; and identify and evaluate all available sites and buildings in each community.

Melbourne Makerspace

A Makerspace, a place where people make things, also referred to as a Hackerspace, is a laboratory of sorts for people in the community who are interested in designing things, learning new stuff, and generally being creative! Makerspaces have a set of community-owned tools to share. Our space offers machine shop tools, woodworking tools, electronics equipment, and other fabrication devices. We host classes and events to help encourage people to learn and create. Many members join with the intention to work on individual projects and find that the members are able to share their insight on a variety of subjects and tools that otherwise would be out of reach to a typical hobbyist. It’s a great chance to meet other people who share an interest in making while expanding your own skills.

City of Palm Bay Business Tax Receipts

You must apply for a Business Tax Receipt when you operate a business or office in the City of Palm Bay. Business Tax Receipts are valid from October 1 of the current year through September 30 of the succeeding year.

City of Rockledge Business Tax Receipts

Businesses operating in the City of Rockledge are required to obtain a Business Tax Receipt, formerly known as an Occupational License. The purpose of the tax and the receipt is to insure the public welfare by overseeing all business transactions and operations.

Titusville Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber hosts a variety of networking functions and programs where you will meet potential customers, community leaders and your business peers. We market your services and products to other business people, area residents and community visitors. Your Chamber membership gives you access to a variety of business resources: personal business assistance, educational seminars, and information to make quality business decisions.
