We facilitate the expansion and diversification of the County's economic base with targeted businesses that provide sustainable employment opportunities for its residents.There are a variety of incentives available to grow your business. Targeted Industries can receive State and local incentives that offset relocation costs. These can be tax credits, refunds or incentives based on job creation and training. Our mission is to create and nurture a team of like-minded African American entrepreneurs and supporters within our communities by establishing structure, accountability, and utilization of our personal and professional experiences to help one another grow economically, socially, and professionally while mentoring and using these life experiences to provide resources and professional education to aspiring entrepreneurs.

CareerSource Flagler Volusia

We provide recruitment-related services, human resource information and training opportunities to our business and job seekers community. Our job is to help our business community reduce recruitment costs, and provide the information and resources they need to attain and maintain qualified employees at no additional cost to the business and job seekers.

City of Bunnell Business Tax Receipts

Anyone that engages in any type of business within the City limits is required to have a City of Bunnell Local Business Tax Receipt. The Local Business Tax Receipt is valid from October 1st through September 30th and must be renewed annually.

City of Flagler Beach Business Tax Receipts

Any business within the City of Flagler Beach is required to obtain a Business Tax Receipt prior to opening. The application fee is $60.00 for all categories of business. Business Tax Receipts are valid from October 1st through September 30th. Renewal notices are mailed after July 1st.

City of Palm Coast Business Tax Receipts

The City of Palm Coast Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16 defines a business as any activity, enterprise, profession, joint venture or occupation whether or not for profit conducted within the city, of such nature that it provides either a product or a service to patrons, clients or customers. This includes every business operation advertised at an address within the city by sign, newspaper, or other media.

Florida Angel Nexus

We connect qualified companies with aggressive development plans to investors from the Florida community. We focus on businesses that already have some proof of concept and we will do our best to refer all Florida companies to resources to assist in eliminating the roadblocks slowing down growth.

Our activities include a variety of business entity filings, trade and service mark registrations, federal lien recordings, judgment lien filings, uniform commercial code financing statements, fictitious name registrations, notary commissions, and cable and video service franchises.

Florida Economic Development Council

Since 1964, the Florida Economic Development Council has promoted economic development throughout the state of Florida. Today we are its primary resource for developing economic development professionals, issues education, networking, and recognition of excellence among members of the profession. 500+ professionals count on FEDC to educate, advocate, and connect on their behalf.

Florida Venture Forum

The Florida Venture Forum is a statewide member organization that helps entrepreneurs obtain funding through education, strategic partnering and effective networking.
