Eating in Moderation is about giving people HOPE that you can create healthy habits to help you lose weight.
The program is about helping people truly transform their mind and body for life-long change.
My elite high-end clients get real results.
I also have experiences over the course of the year that help people understand the basics of weight loss.
These LIVE experiences (held only a few times a year) are meant to get you to understand weight loss, how to control your cravings, and why losing weight is such a difficult battle.
I believe that hope changes everything.
What is your company description and what makes your company unique?
How did you get into entrepreneurship?
I was never good at working for other people, because I wanted to do things differently. I also wanted to be more creative with the jobs I had. I also liked having some freedom as an entrepreneur. I like the challenge. I enjoy setting goals, and if it doesn't work out I go for another goal. I enjoy attempting to become a better person each an every day of my life.
Why do you do what you do?
I enjoy being a weight loss specialist, because I have struggled with my weight. I know what it's like to sit with the gallon of ice cream while waiting for the pizza delivery to come as you continue on the unending binge cycle. I know what it feels like to feel completely hopeless. I want to share the education I have and empathy with the world and make a difference. I want to teach people that you can overcome the battle of weight. I want them to know it's an inside job first.
What tools, resources or books have you used to start and/or grow your business?
My persistence and desire to grow my business is for sure something I used to start my business.
Also, my mother who passed away in 2020 from Covid-19, she is my inspiration for me to be the best businesswoman and human being that I can possibly be.
I would have to also really thank my business coach Debbie Lefebvre with Ideal Group Incorporated.
Why did you choose to locate your business in Florida?
I wanted to be in the warm weather.
