City of Boca Raton Business Tax Receipts

The City requires a Business Tax/Certificate of Use for the privilege of engaging in or managing any business, profession or occupation within its jurisdiction, pursuant to the classifications and rates as provided in the City Code.

City of Boca Raton Economic Development

One of the primary missions of Boca Raton Economic Development is to provide incentives for companies seeking to relocate to the City or to expand their existing business within the City. Based on the criteria listed in the Economic Development Incentive Policy, including the number of jobs created and/or retained, the average job salaries and the capital investment in the community, the City can provide financial incentives. These financial incentives include local matches for state economic development programs, grants and/or loans and subsidized leases. Under this policy, the City can also provide non-financial incentives such as expedited permitting, groundbreaking ceremonies and ribbon cuttings.

City of Green Acres Business Tax Receipts

The City of Greenacres code of ordinances requires any person or entity operating a business to have a business tax receipt issued by the City. The links on the left provide information needed to submit an application for a business tax receipt and contractor registration. The information and application(s) needed can be downloaded and submitted in person at our office.

City of Lake Worth Business Tax Receipts

A Lake Worth Business License, which includes two parts a Business Tax Receipt and a Use & Occupancy Certificate, is required of all commercial and residential businesses located in the City of Lake Worth. Anyone providing merchandise or services to the public, even a one-person business or home-based business, must have a current Lake Worth Business License from the City of Lake Worth and a Business Tax Receipt from Palm Beach County.

City of Palm Beach Gardens Business Tax Receipts 

A business tax is fixed and imposed upon every person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office within the city for the privilege of engaging in or managing any business, profession, or occupation within the city. It may also be levied upon any person who does not qualify as stated above and who transacts any business or engages in any occupation or profession in interstate commerce.

City of Riviera Beach Business Tax Receipts

Wellington Chamber of Commerce

The Wellington Chamber was formed to focus on what makes Wellington unique from surrounding communities by emphasizing the differences, to bring a competitive advantage to Wellington merchants, and to protect those differences for all residents. In fact, it was a return to the idea that chambers of commerce best serve their communities when they are local and when they do not try to be all things to all people. It was also felt that local chambers must look to the betterment of their communities in all facets of community life and not just the business aspect of the communities.
