How did you get into entrepreneurship?
I have always loved challenges and becoming an entrepreneur was the ultimate goal. Putting together the knowledge and experience acquired from so many years working in the corporate world was the starting point that led me to begin my own business idea.
Why do you do what you do?
We are a team who is passionate about service. This business has helped me to be a better business owner since there is no two days alike. We face different challenges to be accomplished day by day whether it is marketing, delivering food, meeting with restaurant owners, engaging with the community or meeting customer's requirements.
What tools, resources or books have you used to start and/or grow your business?
As a tool, I use Google a lot to keep updated about the industry and I am very active on seminars from SBA and Prospera that have helped me grow my business.
Why did you choose to locate your business in Florida?
In 2015, I moved to Orlando from El Salvador looking for new opportunities for my family. From day one, I never doubted that this was the place where I wanted to reside and build my own business.
What advice do you have for other entrepreneurs?
When you embark in entrepreneurship, find something that will make your day to day gratifying as a business owner. Also, find something that contributes to providing higher levels of service as your team builds to be an extension of your energy, beliefs and values. Doing so will make it easier to please and provide an exceptional service as a team.
